Are you a certified, vigilant, and experienced traffic marshall seeking a stable, long-term contract to start in the New Year? We are recruiting for a brand new, major construction project in Alloa.

The Role and Responsibilities:

You will be the key point of contact for vehicle movements on-site, ensuring safety and logistics run smoothly from the very start of this significant project.

• Directing and Managing the safe movement of all construction traffic, including large deliveries, plant machinery, and site vehicles.
• Controlling Entry and Egress at the site gates, liaising with security and management.
• Maintaining clear communication with drivers using clear hand signals and radio contact.
• Strictly enforcing the segregation of vehicles and pedestrians across the site.
• Ensuring continuous adherence to all site Health and Safety protocols.

Essential Requirements:

• A valid traffic marshall / vehicle banksman qualification or ticket is mandatory.
• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• Proven experience managing traffic flow on a large or complex construction site.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and a strong focus on safety.
• Commitment to a long-term contract starting in the New Year.
• Must have appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
