Trading Standards Officer needed in Hull

The rate is £40.13ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will discharge the statutory functions and duties in relation to Trading Standards matters to ensure trade is carried on in a fair and safe environment.

They will conduct all statutory duties as required as a weights and measures inspector and will enforce legislation which exists to protect the public and to provide support, guidance and advice to the public, industry and commerce, so as to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people of Hull, and to support a safe and fair trading environment in which industry and commerce can flourish.
