• Experience in a Financial Services Environment, with an advantage in General Insurance.
• Strong influencing skills working up to Director level.
• Excellent communication with ability to deliver structured presentations.
• Strong analytical skills to drive trading results.
• Ability to understand complex issues with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the trading result of AUDL and manage key P&L metrics.
• Work with Retail Commercial Director to drive profitable growth.
• Understanding and reporting trading results at forums.
• Collaborate with multiple teams for metrics delivery.
• Lead onboarding of new AUDL products for maximum results.
