Trade Marketing Executive – Fixed‑Term Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Marketing Executive to join us on a fixed‑term contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Trade Marketing function, helping to raise the profile of the Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines brand and promote our products through third‑party trade partners. You will work collaboratively with the Trade Sales team to ensure marketing and training materials are produced to a high standard, within brand guidelines, and are accurate and appealing. As the Trade Marketing Executive you will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure Trade is a focus for activity and is considered and included wherever possible. You will also manage marketing projects, ensuring assets are produced to a high standard and delivered according to strict timelines.

We are keen to hear from candidates who are excited by travel and enthusiastic about Marketing along with the passion to learn. To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, as well as experience working within brand guidelines to produce consistent, engaging, and visually appealing materials. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and confident communication are also essential, along with solid proficiency in IT programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Contract Information

This is a Fixed‑Term Contract up until 01/05/2026, working Full‑Time hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00, with a 1 hour lunch break) based at our head office Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL.
