Town Planner - Growing Planning Consultancy (2+ Years' Experience)
Location: South West (Office-Based with Flexible Working Options)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A well-established and forward-thinking planning consultancy in the South West is looking to appoint two Town Planners to support their growing project portfolio. This is an ideal opportunity for planners with a minimum of two years' experience who are looking to develop their careers in a collaborative, supportive, and commercially successful environment.

You'll be joining a team known for delivering high-quality planning advice across a range of sectors and application types, from small-scale residential to more complex planning proposals. With access to a broad mix of clients and interesting projects, this role will give you hands-on exposure and the chance to grow your planning expertise quickly.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning role (private or public sector)

Planning degree or relevant qualification desirable

RTPI membership desirable, but not essential - full support provided toward chartership

Strong communication and client engagement skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload of planning applications

Competitive salary from £30,000 to £50,000 (depending on experience and level)
