Job description

The company are an established and very successful precision tooling company who supply solutions to the aerospace industry.

Pertemps are recruiting on their behalf for an injection mould Toolmaker for their operations in the Worcester area.

Salary - Up to £42k

The role is on Days - Monday to Friday

Main Goal

• The manufacture of injection mould tooling using manual machines and hand tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Manufacture high quality injection mould tooling with high accuracy and maximum efficiency
• Competently use manual milling machines, grinders and lathe equipment
• Build/fit/assemble/polish tooling and dies using hand tools and other equipment
• Work to engineering drawings
• Work to tight tolerances and check required work standards
• Use CMM to check tooling, jigs and fixtures are within tolerance
• Work on own initiative, accurately and able to multi task
• Carry out any other duties as required

Skills and experience required

• Fully skilled, time served toolmaker
• Able to use all toolroom machinery and hand tools
• Familiar with injection moulding processes
• Able to work to tight tolerances

• Able to use measuring equipment as required
