A leading legal recruitment agency is looking for a TMT / Digital Regulation Associate (2-4 PQE) in London. The role focuses on digital regulation, compliance, and online safety within a dynamic team. Candidates should have strong experience in digital regulatory issues and be ready to engage in high-profile investigations and compliance matters. The firm offers excellent training and development opportunities, positioning well for long-term career growth.
We work closely with a leading international law firm and are currently searching for an Associate to join the firm's leading TMT practice, with a particular interest in digital regulation experience. The team operates at the forefront of the global digital landscape, advising major technology businesses, infrastructure providers, telecoms operators and government bodies on mandates that shape the future of connectivity and data‑driven industries.
The successful candidate will integrate into a truly broad and interesting practice with a particular focus on experience in digital regulation, digital compliance or online safety matters. The team works across matters such as online platform governance, AI and emerging technology frameworks, personal data issues on major transactions, and regulatory investigations.
The practice is genuinely broad in scope, advising across more than digital regulatory matters and also carrying out digital infrastructure work including data centres, telecoms towers, satellite agreements, wider telecoms arrangements, commercial tech work, corporate support matters, and cross‑border digital compliance issues/investigations and more.
We are interested in speaking with Associates who have experience in digital regulatory, compliance or online safety and want to deepen exposure in this space while also working across the wider TMT practice.
