Job description
Overview

The post holder will work as part of a small team who co-ordinate and support the input of the College's timetables ensuring effective space utilisation to support teaching and learning. You will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining the College's timetables and course file to ensure accurate funding submissions and support our Curriculum Standards Managers, Assistant Directors and the Curriculum Data and Timetabling Manager by monitoring ongoing compliance with guidelines. You will work within the team to resolve issues as they arise such as compliance with guided learning hours, tutor utilisation and timetable requirements.

We are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more than one million people. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Hours: 37 hours per week during term time plus 3 weeks (39 weeks per year)

Salary: £25,437 to £26,065 pro rata per annum Plus benefits, including a generous Occupational Pension Scheme
