A regional educational institution in York is seeking a dedicated individual to manage timetables and ensure compliance with guidelines. Key responsibilities include monitoring course files and resolving arising issues. The post holder will work as part of a small team who co-ordinate and support the input of the College's timetables ensuring effective space utilisation to support teaching and learning. You will play a key role in monitoring and maintaining the College's timetables and course file to ensure accurate funding submissions and support our Curriculum Standards Managers, Assistant Directors and the Curriculum Data and Timetabling Manager by monitoring ongoing compliance with guidelines. You will work within the team to resolve issues as they arise such as compliance with guided learning hours, tutor utilisation and timetable requirements.

Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our wide range of education options span entry level programmes through to degrees, higher technical qualifications, and accredited professional courses to courses for professional development. Our apprenticeships can be studied from level 2 to level 5 across a range of different career pathways. We are the largest provider of A-Level and vocational programmes for school leavers in the region; we offer nearly 35 A-Level subjects and over 80 vocational courses, including a wide range of T-Level pathways. Hours: 37 hours per week during term time plus 3 weeks (39 weeks per year)
Salary: £25,437 to £26,065 pro rata per annum Plus benefits, including a generous Occupational Pension Scheme
