Job summary

A leading timber construction specialist based in South Devon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end timber projects across the UK. This role involves managing design coordination, budgets, and installation processes. Candidates should have over 5 years of project management experience in construction, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. The position offers a salary of £40,000-£47,000, plus benefits including annual leave and a match-funded pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • Confident interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from handover through design and installation.
  • Act as main client contact and chair meetings.
  • Coordinate all design stages and resolve technical challenges.
