The Collectibles operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce Collectibles (Trading Cards, Sports Memorabilia) Business. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our commerce operations team in the UK, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and incubate collectibles brands, distributors, and merchants to support category growth.
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Solve key challenges in business with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to unlock growth.
  • Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in account management with a focus on category growth, or experience in merchant acquisition and incubation. Knowledge about Collectibles is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with data, logic and strength in problem solving.
  • A good team player, a quick learner and open to changes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • UK market experience.
