Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced TikTok Content Creator & Live Host to join a growing supplement brand based in Redditch who having increased their turnover considerably over the last three years, and are looking to expand the team by employing a full-time TikTok Live Host and Content Creator who will work closely with the marketing and wider teams and have responsibility for the content creation and live hosting on TikTok.

On offer is a full time permanent job with a salary of up to £35,000 per year plus the opportunity to earn a monthly commission payment linked to live sales achieved, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, onsite parking and the opportunity to join an established and growing brand that is fast becoming the go to brand for a range of supplements, where products are developed by experts and manufactured in the UK to globally recognised standards.

TikTok Live Streams is a key part of their continued growth strategy so they need a confident, engaging and sales driven TikTok Specialist who can create the content and be the face of the company during TikTok Live sessions engaging with and growing the audience and buyers of their products.

As their TikTok Content Creator & Live Host you will be :

• Working closely with the Marketing and wider teams to plan live session themes and promotional strategies.
• Creating and editing TikToks.
• The TikTok Live Host.
• Presenting and selling their products via live streams to an engaged audience.
• Helping to drive sales, answering questions and creating an interactive shopping experience.
• Working closely with their affiliates to help them with their own content including giving feedback on where they can improve.
• Analysing live stream performance and suggesting improvements.

As their TikTok Live Host & Content Creator you will be working in a fast-paced role that requires :

• A strong knowledge of TikTok trends.
• The ability to create good content.
• The knowledge of how to make viral content.
• Confidence on camera.
• The ability to sell persuasively.
