Job summary

A manufacturing recruitment agency is seeking an Experienced Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator in Coalville. In this full-time role, you’ll fabricate bespoke products, interpret engineering drawings, and ensure quality standards are met. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in TIG welding and fabrication. Competitive pay of £14.00–£15.30 per hour is offered.

Job description

Experienced Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator

We are looking for a skilled Aluminium TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our bespoke manufacturing division, specialising in high-quality and bespoke products. In this role, you’ll work with aluminium extrusions, castings, and flat bars to produce precision-engineered products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• TIG weld and fabricate aluminium access platforms using a range of raw materials
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Cut, shape, and assemble components using hand and power tools
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all finished products meet required standards
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aluminium TIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to confidently interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Relevant welding and fabrication qualifications
