Overview

TIG Welder – We're looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our friendly and growing team in Basingstoke. The team is rapidly expanding after acquiring a new site to support larger operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with stainless steel and other metals, using TIG to produce high-quality components. If you're a skilled welder who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing a clean, reliable finish, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out TIG welding on stainless steel and other metals
• Reading and working from technical drawings to create accurate assemblies
• Repairing and fabricating components to a high standard
• Using hand and power tools for finishing and assembly
• Working with our engineers and fabricators to solve problems and improve processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a welder, ideally with stainless steel and sheet metal
• Skilled in TIG welding
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• A keen eye for detail and pride in producing neat, accurate welds
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• A team player who's reliable and positive

What we offer

• Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per year (depending on experience)
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
