A leading healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a full-time administrative assistant for the Physiotherapy and Podiatry Department. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrative assistant to join the team at our Physiotherapy and Podiatry Department at College Green, Northfield.
The role involves working on reception as part of the Therapy Services Team and deal with all patients and visitors to the department.
As a member of the Administrative Team you would carry out day to day administrative duties for the department, including dealing with calls and correspondence from patients, consultants, GP's and other healthcare providers.
As part of this role you may also be required to work within the MSK Admin Team at the main Royal Orthopaedic Hospital site when required.
This is a full time vacancy of 37.5 hours per week.
The service runs between the hours of 07:15 and 20:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 Friday. You will be required to cover some early and late shifts.
