A leading entertainment venue in London is seeking a Theatre Sales & Reservations Coordinator. This full-time role involves managing reservations, driving premium sales, and enhancing guest experiences. This is a full‑time role which usually operates in‑office Tuesday – Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 – 18:00 and 12:00 – 20:00, with some flexibility to meet business needs
As the Theatre Sales & Reservations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving premium sales and maximising covers across KOKO Theatre’s hospitality spaces. Working closely with the Theatre Reservations Manager, you will actively engage with prospective guests, convert enquiries into bookings and support ongoing outreach to build repeat and future business.
You will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating allocations, and ensuring timely communication across departments. With a proactive mindset and strong sales focus, you will contribute directly to revenue growth while helping deliver exceptional guest experiences.
