A Vacancy at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. We are currently looking to recruit a Theatre / Anaesthetic Practitioner to join our Day Surgery theatre team. We cover a wide range of specialties including oral, ENT, gynaecological, urological, orthopaedic, ophthalmic, general surgery, bronchoscopy and a pain service. Our Day Surgery Unit comprises 4 operating theatres, a minor procedure room and a recovery area. We may require work in other areas of the Trust such as Main Theatre, A&E, Endoscopy, Delivery Suite and X-Ray on occasions.
There is a chance to be involved in a major digital transformation project as we implement a new electronic patient record (EPR) from 2026 to replace paper-based records, aiming to improve safety and continuity of care.
