Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bar / pub manager to support the launch and day to day running of the Catford House, an innovative new social club and pub in the heart of Catford.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run the food sales element of the bar.
• Support a colleague in wet sales management.
• Deputise for the manager in times of absence and leave.
• Help to lead the pub team to ensure that customer service, food and drink safety standards always exceed expectations.
• Help to bring solid pub / bar management experience to the non-profit sector, to gain new skills around community support and to exercise creativity to ensure that all customers and service users have a memorable experience and continually hold the Catford House in positive regard.

• Ability to work days and evenings on a 7-day rota.

Salary: £32,000 per annum. 35-hour week
