Job description

We’re seeking a Test & Validation Engineer to lead Design Verification & Validation (DVV) activities across multiple systems and full vehicle platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all test activities are accurately executed, fully traceable and compliant with engineering and quality standards.

Your work will directly contribute to delivering high‑quality validated products that meet performance reliability and safety expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate whole vehicle and subsystem test activities ensuring accurate, safe and compliant execution.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Design Verification Plans (DVPs) covering all validation activities.
  • Ensure full traceability between requirements, test cases and results.
  • Document review and report test results in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and interpret test data to identify performance trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
  • Support test reviews, audits and continuous improvement of verification processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, quality and reliability to resolve technical issues and enhance test coverage.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in product testing, validation or verification engineering.
  • Proven experience with whole vehicle testing including integration and system‑level validation.
  • Experience developing and managing Design Verification Plans (DVPs) and related documentation.
  • Skilled in data analysis and test reporting using tools such as MATLAB, Excel or dedicated test management systems.
  • Familiar with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS, Jama, Polarion) and test management software (e.g. TestLink, HP ALM).
  • Strong understanding of system validation methodologies, root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
