Pay and hours

Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexible working and encourage you to share your availability.
