Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hour; increases to £13.66 inside the M25. Additional night premium of £2.35/hour applies for hours between midnight and 6am. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours down to 12. We offer flexibility in scheduling and will provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
