Overview

Availability Window — Days and times when we would like you to be available to work. Typical shifts run from 22:00 to 06:30, with variations by day as required. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We are open to flexible availability if your times align closely with the advertised windows.

Pay — Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 per hour, rising to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 06:00, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may depend on location.

Hours — It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities available and would love to hear from you.

  • Handle products with care to maintain quality
