Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We aim to support flexibility and will schedule shifts within your available times, providing 3 weeks’ notice.
