What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize sales resources to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while managing the territory operating budget
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist to execute an annual business growth plan including new product launches and pricing management
- Monitor industry segments and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects within the territory
- Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage sales activities and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food safety diagnostic market or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to sales growth
- Ability to travel as required for the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of microbiology and/or the food safety market
- Experience in contract labs or industrial laboratories
