What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Optimize sales resources to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while managing the territory operating budget
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialist to execute an annual business growth plan including new product launches and pricing management
  • Monitor industry segments and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects within the territory
  • Utilize and update the CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage sales activities and customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food safety diagnostic market or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to sales growth
  • Ability to travel as required for the position
