Who you’ll be working for

The employer is a well-established specialist MedTech and healthcare solutions organisation that operates across the UK and Ireland. The business was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of Europe’s fastest expanding outsourced sales, marketing, distribution and technical support partners for medical device manufacturers. It works with nearly 100 leading global healthcare companies to bring innovative products and technologies to market efficiently and effectively.

The company is part of a larger European healthcare group and benefits from extensive market expertise, robust commercial infrastructure and a strong reputation for clinical and technical excellence. It covers sales, marketing, logistics, distribution and specialist training services, supporting partner organisations in achieving market access and growth across multiple clinical segments.

The organisation also invests in education and professional development through its own training academy, helping clinicians and partners stay at the forefront of best practices and new techniques.

This role sits within a team that is known for local market insight, deep clinical relationships and the ability to grow niche product portfolios successfully across complex healthcare environments.

What you’ll enjoy
  • Market‑leading oncology tech with genuine differentiation: You’ll represent a truly game‑changing portfolio: Irreversible Electroporation with no direct competition, best‑in‑class microwave ablation, and a growing urology offer. This is meaningful innovation clinicians want, not a “me too” product.
  • A high‑growth territory with momentum already proven: This patch grew last year and is the highest‑growing territory in the company. Strong existing accounts combined with significant untapped opportunity mean you’re building on success, not starting from scratch.
  • Strong leadership, close team, and realistic earning potential: You’ll report into an experienced, supportive manager and join a tight, ambitious team. Bonus is achievable, not theoretical, and performance is recognised. The culture backs people properly, professionally and personally.
  • Excellent development for early‑career medical sales professionals: Tailored, field‑based training with a dedicated clinical trainer, exposure to complex procedures, and access to senior clinicians across oncology and urology.
  • Progression and flexibility in a people‑first organisation: Genuine future opportunities as the business grows, plus a company ethos that supports individual ambitions (even outside work). Add a strong benefits package and low‑tax EV car policy, and it’s a great opportunity.
