Job Description

This is a field-based territory sales role covering London, focused on building strong partnerships with dental professionals and clinics. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and promoting a full suite of dental technologies.

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow your client base and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage new dental practices, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote the full product portfolio, including dental implants, prosthetics, and digital solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering clinical insight, business support, and tailored solutions to meet customer goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dentists and practice teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
  • Attend dental congresses, exhibitions, and local events to represent the brand and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in dental (implants, orthodontics or dental equipment), medical devices, med-tech, or healthcare.

And:

  • Strong understanding of the dental market and clinical workflows is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driving licence required.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the assigned territory and occasional national events.
