Overview

Join our Coty team as a Territory Manager / Field Sales Representative and drive the visibility of Coty’s portfolio across the Newcastle, Durham, York, Middlesbrough, Leeds and Edinburgh areas.

Responsibilities
  • Call on pharmacies and independent fragrance boutiques, visiting approximately 5 stores per day.
  • Merchandise beauty stands, sell add‑on products and stand‑up brand presentations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in your territory.
  • Achieve sales KPIs as part of a KPI‑driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a field‑based sales role, especially within pharmacy or boutique fragrance settings (not essential).
  • Self‑motivated, confident and comfortable engaging in store‑level communication.
  • Strong people skills and high resilience/energy.
  • Previous customer‑centred or retail experience advantageous.

Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans). Successful DVLA licence check required. Role involves regular travel and manual handling/heavy lifting; overnights may be required on occasion.
