A leading dental distributor is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to develop and manage client relationships in North and West London. The role involves providing clinical support and sales training on dental implants and devices. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of dental sales experience, strong communication skills, and a full UK driving license. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including a car allowance and bonus opportunities based on sales performance.

Our mission is to bring clinically advanced, value-driven innovations to dental professionals across the UK.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across North and West London
- Generate new business via outbound engagement, study clubs, and referrals
- Effectively manage your own diary to meet monthly sales and activity KPIs
- Accurately log all activity in the company CRM system
- Provide chairside clinical support for new users of our implant systems
- Demonstrate and explain key product features and clinical protocols
- Troubleshoot technical and clinical concerns with dentists and dental labs
- Attend and support evening/weekend study clubs and CPD events (time off in lieu provided)
- Deliver product overviews and clinical presentations to small groups and individuals
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity data
- Collaborate with the internal support team and management to ensure service excellence
- Minimum 3 years of dental sales experience, ideally in implants, surgical equipment, regeneration, or dental devices
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to explain scientific concepts
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Proven track record in new business development
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). CRM experience a plus
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Own vehicle (car allowance provided)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support client needs
