A global logistics company is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to manage operations at Southampton Docks. This role involves overseeing productivity for vessels and trucks, ensuring safety in operations, and maintaining compliance with port policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, strong operations expertise, and the ability to monitor key performance indicators. We are currently looking for a Terminal Supervisor to join our team based at Southampton Docks. We are a 24/7 Port operation and this role will be day and night shifts, working 12 hours at a time. This role supervises the operations of container loading or unloading and ensures optimal utilization & maximum productivity with due consideration to commercial, safety and operational factors and adherence to port policies.
