Central Employment is working with a global renewables business supporting their search for a Tender Manager.
Are you a commercially astute professional with a passion for precision and strategy? Do you thrive in high-stakes environments where your expertise directly influences business growth? We're looking for a Tender Manager to lead our bid process from end to end, ensuring timely, accurate, and compelling proposals that win work and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead major tenders, from initial enquiry to contract award.
  • Collaborate across departments and with third-party suppliers to craft winning bids.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Drive commercial strategy, risk assessment, and negotiation to safeguard company interests.
  • Ensure seamless handovers to project teams and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Business, Management, or Engineering or 3+ years' relevant experience.
  • Proven success in tendering, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of offshore subsea contracting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or other Project Management software
  • Tenacity, decisiveness, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
