A local government authority in Tamworth seeks a dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officer. You will support tenants in sustaining their tenancies, oversee estates, and manage tenancy change requests in a hybrid work environment. Strong communication skills and experience in housing or related fields are essential. The role includes home visits and engagement with tenants, contributing significantly to community well-being. Salary: £31,022 – £33,699 per annum plus essential car user allowance.
Contract: Hybrid, 37 hours per week, temporary until 4 January 2027.

The Tenancy Sustainment team is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officer.
This is a hybrid working contract; some duties are carried out at home and some on site. Site attendance will constitute more than 40% of the available working time.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, right to work in the UK check, medical clearance and DBS check.
