Job Title: Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator
Location: Sites across the region (flexible assignments)

Role Overview

Working as a Temporary New Homes Sales Negotiator, you'll step in to support our clients' developments during busy periods, staff absences, launches, and holiday cover. You'll ensure the sales suite runs smoothly, enquiries are handled professionally, and customers receive excellent service throughout their visit.

Assignments vary in length from single days to several weeks, depending on client requirements and sites can either be single or double-manned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our developer clients with professionalism and confidence
  • Welcome visitors, register enquiries, and provide accurate development information
  • Present homes, specifications, and availability with clarity
  • Maintain the sales suite to a high standard throughout the day
  • Follow up enquiries and maintain basic CRM records
  • Support the sales process up to reservation (duties may vary between developers)
  • Ensure compliance with site safety, GDPR, and company processes
  • Deliver a friendly, polished, and customer-focused experience at all times
