Overview

We have just registered a very exciting new opportunity for a proactive and highly organized Events and Marketing Administrator for one of our great local clients!

Are you passionate about helping to deliver impactful events and campaigns? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

It's an immediate start, for a period of around 2 months, working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm. You will be working in a dog friendly office with some 4 legged “helpers” on site! Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Events and Marketing Administrator Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of student events, awards, and competitions.
  • Assist with organising logistics and campaign materials.
  • Liaise with individuals and organisations both internally and externally to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
  • Keep campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation up to date to support smooth delivery.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
