Job description

Are you an experienced Document Production Specialist with a background in legal? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision and creativity go hand in hand? Our top US Law firm client are seeking a temporary document production specialist. This role offers hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home with the opportunity to work remotely after the first few weeks! The working hours for this role are as follow - 9:30am-17:30pm, 12pm-8pm 1pm-9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formatting, revising, and finalising complex legal and business documents
  • Troubleshooting formatting issues and ensuring high-quality output
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and visual graphics
  • Collaborating with legal teams and business services departments
  • Monitoring and managing document workflows to meet deadlines

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience in a Document Production role within a law firm
  • Advanced document formatting and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in document production software and tools
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
