The ideal candidate should have experience in a customer-facing team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor working within our contact centre, you will support all customer enquiries related to online ordering, including management of online fraud, issues with delivery, supporting customers in transacting online and management of customer relations.

Please note you will need to be fully flexible and available Monday through Sunday.

Contracts

3x Customer Service Advisor - 37.5 hours per week (Fixed Term until 31st Jan 2026)

All contracts will require you to be available, weekends and over the festive period including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
