Responsibilities
  • Be part of something special by delivering memorable customer experiences and putting the customer first.
  • Greet customers, answer questions, and showcase products to help the team meet sales targets.
  • Gift-wrap purchases and provide a high level of service during the Christmas period.
  • Learn quickly about products and gain jewellery expertise to share with customers.
  • Work additional hours during peak trading periods, bank holidays, and weekends as required.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
