Chefs Required - Temp shifts

Excel Recruitment is looking to add to our team of experienced Senior Chefs, who work throughout Belfast and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for those chefs who want to work on a temporary basis in various locations & businesses offering great flexibility and career opportunities with mainly daytime Monday to Friday shifts.

Chef Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing and cooking in a busy professional kitchen environment
• Be of a senior chef level, from Senior CDP upwards
• Available for various shifts, which may include evenings & weekends
• As cook you will have knowledge of all food safety guidelines
• Good level of spoken & written English

Chef Responsibilities

• Working in a busy kitchen following the Head Chefs instructions
• Work on your own section ensuring it is fully set for service
• Always cook food to the highest standard
• As Chef you will need to follow your supervisor's instructions
• Consistently keep yourself and your work area clean
• Follow all health & safety as well as food safety guidelines
