Are you an experienced Buyer with a strong background in indirect procurement?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Supply Chain team on a 6‑month temporary assignment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing supplier relationships while making strategic purchasing decisions, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

As a Temporary Buyer you will play a key role in supporting our Supply Chain team by:

  • Procuring materials and services in line with business requirements.
  • Making tactical buying decisions using and updating our ERP system.
  • Assisting in strategic purchasing activities particularly for indirect spend.
  • Ensuring the best balance of quality delivery and cost across all procurement activity.
  • Managing supplier relationships and acting as the key point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Capturing and recording Country of Origin data when required.
About You
  • Proven experience in a purchasing / procurement role with a strong emphasis on indirect spend.
  • Confidence in handling supplier negotiations, contracts and resolving supply chain challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external suppliers.
