  • Full 360 Recruitment - From business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviews, and closing deals
  • Sales & BD - Drive new business, pitch Reed\'s services, and grow your client base.
  • Candidate Engagement - Source top talent via job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Relationship Management - Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.
  • Target Hitter - Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
