Temp to Perm Executive Assistant – supporting a Managing Partner and two Partners, with additional office management responsibilities

Salary

£40,000–£50,000

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position
  • Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Inbox management – flagging, monitoring, and responding where appropriate
  • Meeting management – scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes, and following up on action points
  • Acting as the point of contact for the Partners
  • Managing logistics for all national and international travel, including visas and paperwork
  • Compiling itineraries and agendas
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Hospitality and event management
  • Ad hoc research and team support
  • Occasional private assistance and liaison
What background and experience are required?
