You will support the finance team during a busy period by processing supplier invoices, matching and coding, and managing queries. The successful candidate will have proven experience in accounts payable, strong attention to detail, and a good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel. Responsibilities

  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
  • Managing supplier queries and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Preparing payment runs.
  • Supporting month-end processes, including accruals where required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
