A leading drinks distribution company in Wales is seeking a Telesales Team Leader to drive sales and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and at least 2 years of selling experience. Responsibilities include managing customer orders and building relationships with clients. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday hours with occasional weekends.

To lead and drive a team to provide the best service levels possible, maintaining Company standards and targets. Working on retaining existing accounts and driving new sales, up selling on certain products and introducing new lines. Ensuring the smooth running of the Telesales team working closely with Distribution Team and Account Managers. Taking and processing customer orders onto the system and ensuring effective cover during any absence. Taking a high volume of incoming calls which include customer complaints, queries, orders etc., contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries. Appointing, overseeing and supervising the Online ordering Champion, and Cask Co-ordinator
Additional Information: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekend work. 37.5 hours a week
