A leading beverage supplier in Porth is seeking a Telesales Team Leader to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering outstanding service and driving sales. The role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and maintaining high service levels. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and at least 2 years of sales experience. This position offers a full-time schedule with occasional weekend work.

To lead and drive a team to provide the best service levels possible, maintaining company standards and targets. The role involves retaining existing accounts, driving new sales, upselling specific products, and introducing new lines. Ensure the smooth running of the Telesales team by working closely with the Distribution Team and Account Managers. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing high call volumes (including complaints, queries, and orders), contacting potential customers, and arranging deliveries. The role also involves appointing, overseeing, and supervising the Online Ordering Champion and Cask Co-ordinator.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend work. The role is 37.5 hours per week.
