Job summary

A premier automotive service provider in Gravesend is seeking a Telesales Operative to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets. This full-time permanent position requires previous automotive experience and strong selling skills. Responsibilities include processing calls to meet KPIs and ensuring excellent customer service. The position offers a basic salary of £32,000 plus OTE of £35,000 and a variety of attractive benefits including holiday entitlement and training support.

• Previous automotive experience required.
• Experience using a parts catalogue is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process a required number of incoming and outgoing calls per day to achieve set KPIs.
• Accurately identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Ensure the proper and accurate usage of all systems to search and order parts.
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Ensure all Parts Plus policies and procedures are followed.

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Telesales Operative for our Parts Plus Centre in Gravesend, to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, whilst achieving allocated sales targets. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s, with a basic salary of £32,000 and an OTE of £35,000 reporting to the Centre Manager.

Do I need experience?
