We're on the hunt for a Telesales Executive to join our client's thriving team in Letchworth Garden City. If you're a people person with a knack for sales, this is your chance to shine—and make serious money while you're at it.

Forget endless cold calling. You'll be working with warm leads, engaging customers who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer and who have already expressed an interest in their courses.

Your mission?

To build rapport, provide expert guidance, explain how the courses work, how much they cost and close the deal. Your personality and passion for helping people will be your greatest assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting warm leads to discuss their training needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the product range, including course content, pricing, and benefits.
  • Guide potential customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Establishing rapport with potential customers, building trust, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have:
