Job Title: Telesales Executive (Education sector)

Location: Hybrid – Home and Office

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 + Bonus

Type: Full Time, Permanent

KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, who are currently looking to appoint a Telesales Executive.

Key Duties
  • Proactively engage with employers / businesses through telesales, networking, and social media activities to promote our client’s Apprenticeships and professional learning solutions.
  • Qualify new leads and referring these to the Business Development Managers to attend meetings / appointments.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound enquiries, in a timely manner.
  • Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, identifying opportunities for the field-based sales team.
  • Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
  • Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
  • Work to achieve and exceed agreed weekly / monthly KPI’s.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have experience of working within a business-to-business or lead generation role, ideally within the work-based learning industry (though this is not essential).
  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets / KPI’s.
  • Confident with, and have experience in using CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to overcome objections.

Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Telesales Executive, Telemarketing, Business to Business Sales, Customer Service Consultant, Customer Service Executive, Business Development will be considered for this role.
