Purpose Of Job

You’ll be supported with a comprehensive prospect database, advanced contact information, and a full suite of professional marketing materials including flyers, case studies, videos, and presentations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers within targeted campaigns
  • Identify key decision-makers and articulate the value of our sustainable packaging solutions
  • Secure qualified appointments for the external sales team
  • Manage and maintain a CRM database of prospects, ensuring accurate records and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing to utilise digital and print content in your outreach
  • Track performance against KPIs and contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales campaigns
Skills & Competences
  • Motivated self-starter with a genuine passion for sales
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident on the phone with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own pipeline
  • Previous telesales or inside sales experience is a plus, but not essential
  • An interest in sustainability or packaging solutions is advantageous
