Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers in the plant & tool hire sector
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hire products and services
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and converting enquiries into confirmed hires
  • Accurately updating customer and sales information in CRM systems
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing excellent product knowledge and advice to customers
Requirements
  • Proven telesales or sales experience within plant hire, tool hire, or construction equipment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing deals
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems preferred
