Telesales Executive

Location : Essex, Epping

Salary : £24,000 - £28,000 Per annum

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, a growing Unified Comms and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.

As Telesales Executive you will play a vital part in their sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.

Job Duties
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
  • Updating customer information in the database during and after each call
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role
