We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales/Customer Service Advisor to join the well-established team in Bristol.
The successful Telesales/Customer Service Advisor will provide an excellent service to new and existing customers, making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls dealing with customer queries regarding orders and products.
You will be speaking to an existing client base and maximising opportunities to up-sell whilst managing customer expectations.
Working closely with the field sales team, you will develop new business accounts whilst providing an excellent level of service.
