Job description

We are looking for a Telesales person to join a long-established engineering business in Liverpool.

Working three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) on a short-term (2 to 4 months) basis. Our client will provide scripts and contact details for you to make phone calls. You will have a professional and engaging telephone manner.

Main Tasks

• Call existing customers to chase go-ahead (Purchase Order Number) for jobs already quoted.
• Call existing/dormant customers to maintain contact and to enquire about opportunities to use our client’s services.
• Logging and reporting on calls made and outcomes.
